Drop down Arrow not showing

I've made a spreadsheet using drop down validation lists. It works for all users except for one person. They are using Excel 2007 on a Windows 7 computer. They cannot see the arrow to show the list of options. The cell is not locked. If the user types in a valid entry, it works.
I've tried to save the file in xls format, vs. xlsx. Still no difference.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
so the box works, it just doesnt have the arrow?
did you try ,ON THEIR PC, removing it and using the drop box on that pc?

Um, no I didn't. The thing is, this is a standard file that is used by many people on the network. The idea is to open it, rename the file and then enter your data. So, while I could do that once, it would keep happening when opening that one file.

Two minutes later ...

I opened the file on the offenders computer, and found that there was no data validation of the problem cells (funny 'cuz it shows up on my computer). Anyway, I added the data validation and it all seems to work now.

Thanks for the suggestion.
