Hi

I get an error after closing and reopening the excel book. "We found a problem with some content in "XXXXX.XLSX". do you want us tor try to recover as much as we can? if you trust the source of the workbook. click yes."

I tried solutions found online but no avail. I have a fairly simple workbook. There is no macros in the workbook, but there are a few data validation list (3 drop downs only) and some Form Controls; also i have a Data Table as well.

The file is only 250kb. I dont see why this can cause so much issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Maybe some damage on the sheets.
I recommend you create a new book.
Create in the new book, the same number of sheets of the old book. Copy the data from the old sheet1 on the new sheet1. And so on for each sheet.
Save your new book, close and reopen new book.
