Formula for figuring out time over multiple inputs?

I am trying to figure out the passage of time, with multiple inputs.

I have this formula: =text (D2-B2,"h.mm"), which gets me close, and lets me do 2 column inputs. But if I try and add a third column of time input, I end up with a ridiculous span of time. Is there any way to do the same thing, only with 3 or 4 columns?

If it matters, we are trying to figure out productivity of our shipping guy, and trying to figure out how long the process itself takes, not just the incremental pieces of what he has to do.

Thank you!
