I am just a common user of Excel trying to do uncommon things and wishing I could do more. Would appreciate answers written in "layman's" terms as I certainly don't understand anything related to coding such as VBA.

Working on a project that is intended to be used by people who know nothing about excel so I need it to work as simple as possible. That is to say, point and click but still retain the ability to use the drop down list as well. Is it possible to have a picture with multiple hyperlinks that when clicked on open up the matching information provided in another cell, from a drop down list? For example, I have a picture with a horse, cow, pig and sheep on it. I want to open up another cell that tells a bit of information about the animal. I know how to insert a shape over each of the animals but I don't know the coding to link it to the drop down list and match each one. I did try to upload a picture of what I mean, but it didn't work out how I wanted.

Yep, I know, that's as clear as mud, but if you get my drift your assistance would be appreciated. Happy to provide an email to post you my spreadsheet.
Thanks kindly
