Importing Userforms

The List Search add-in developed by Excel Campus is fabulous. Exactly what I needed. A number of other people are going to be using my workbook, and doing so on a number of different computers. Having everyone download and install the List Search add-in may not be practicable. I would therefore like to embed the userform into the workbook. I have seen the instructions on how to copy VB code from one workbook to another, but with my limited VB skills, have no idea how to import the List Search userform to the VB Project in my Excel file, and subsequently adding it to my macro-enabled workbook. I don't know where the userform (or the related code) can be found, and once found how to import it and embed it into my workbook. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
This is very unlikely to work without a good deal of programming. I don't know the add-in, so not sure if the code is protected. Also, the code will work as an add-in, not necessarily as a module within a workbook.

It will be easier to write a script or batchfile to install the add-in on each PC
