Is it possible to apply multiple data validation features to a cell?

For example, let's say I have a range of cells from A1:A20.

That range has a drop-down list data validation already applied to it.

Now, I know that it is possible to have a "Custom" data validation. I wanted to limit the characters that can be written in that range to only alphabets. I have a formula for that. However, I also want to keep the drop down list data validation.

Does anyone know if it is possible to have multiple data validation features to a cell or a cell range?

Thank you everyone! I am also new to this forum and hope to learn a lot of new tricks with excel.
