I have a table of production and I would like to be able to show one person how they compare to other doing they same work without showing the other names. For example: steve compare to person 1, 2 ,3 and mary person 1,2,3 without making a separate table for each person.

Excel Facts

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hi Bgears06 and Welcome to the Board. In column A, place your X values, In column B, place your average values. In column C, place your "steve or mary" values. Scatter Chart the 3 columns. It should produce a chart with 2 series, series 1 being the average, series 2 being the employee being compared to the average. HTH. Dave
