Hi All

I have created a table and set a multi column sort on certain columns in order

My question is that if I delete out the data from the table keeping the sort columns the way I set it and paste in new in sorted data - will the data automatically sort the way I have set it or will I need to sort it again or Can I refersh so the sort kicks in?

hopefully someone can help me

thank you

Hi,

The new data will not be sorted; Basically you need to
-click "sort" on data tab,
-do your sorting by adding level
-Paste your data (data extend automatically)
-click sort & ok

and all data is sorted.

Hi Thank you

i was aware how to sort but weren’t sure if I had to sort each time I added new data so wanted to if there was like a refresh rather than reapplying all sort levels

There is button "reapply" next to filter that does also the job, I just tested it. Might be usefull to put it in command bar if you need it a lot
