Excel online data missing

Created a workbook for my fellow colleagues to collaborate on. After loading it to SharePoint and opening it on the excel online I noticed none of my data validations and some conditional formatting is gone. Is there anything I can do about it because it renders my workbook useless otherwise. Thanks.
