I have a document that I list time blocks for separate locations during a specific timeline. I would like to link those time blocks to a different document that has a timeline across the top and the rows beneath will populate the time blocks automatically. I have multiple users submitting time blocks and if I could have them input one sheet with their requested times, and have their block display on one master sheet that would speed up my process.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Maybe some more information will help. In a separate document I want column "A" to have the names of places I'm going, say Grocery Store, then in column "B" I want a time range, say 1200-1400. Then I want that time range to link to another document that has 0900-0000 timeline across the top with five minute increments, so the columns would be .67 in width and each cell would be five minutes. Now with that information I want that 1200-1400 range to become a merged cell under the timeline. Is this possible?
