I've got a spreadsheet template that is used in the office by 30 people. Each time someone wants to use it, they download a fresh copy from our server.
For some reason, there are 2 people in the office that when using the spreadsheet, somehow turn it into a read only file. Ie, one guy opens their downloaded version of the file, edits, saves, and closes the file. Then when the other person tries opening the file, they get a read only message and needs to do a Save As. We all share the files in the same way, but there are only 2 people that are having this issue.
Any ideas?
